Goal
The primary goal of Correcto is to develop an innovative AI-powered tool that empowers thousands of users to enhance their Spanish writing skills. By leveraging advanced natural language processing and machine learning algorithms, Correcto aims to provide real-time suggestions, corrections, and improvements for Spanish text. This tool will not only help users correct grammatical errors and improve sentence structure but also offer contextual recommendations to enrich vocabulary and style. The ultimate objective is to boost users' confidence in their Spanish writing abilities, whether they are native speakers looking to refine their skills or language learners striving for fluency.
Empathize
The team takes empathy to heart by deeply engaging with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to ensure we understand and serve our users’ real needs. We start by building a detailed ICP that reflects the specific goals, pain points, and preferences of our diverse user base. This profile is not static—it’s constantly refined through user interviews, where we explore users’ motivations, challenges, and aspirations. Using tools like empathy mapping, we capture insights about what users think, feel, say, and do, allowing us to step fully into their experience and address their needs holistically. Additionally, our research toolkit includes surveys, usability tests, and journey mapping to gain a well-rounded understanding of user behaviors and expectations. By integrating these insights into our design process, we’re able to create intuitive, supportive, and effective tools that genuinely resonate with our users.

Measurement
For us, measuring the impact of our designs is a key part of our process, ensuring that each decision brings real value to our users. We leverage Amplitude to track and analyze user journeys, closely monitoring funnels to see where users engage, convert, or encounter friction. Through A/B testing, we experiment with different design approaches to identify which solutions drive the best outcomes and refine our work based on data-driven results. Additionally, Hotjar provides us with invaluable qualitative insights: heatmaps show us where users click, scroll, or linger, while user recordings let us observe real-time interactions. These insights help us see where our designs resonate and where there’s room for improvement, allowing us to continuously optimize the user experience and make design decisions backed by solid data.
